Integrated Marketing Manager

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities • Develop and execute annual and campaign-based integrated marketing plans that bring the Company's brand and product portfolio to life across paid, owned, and earned channels. • Partner with creative, media, digital, PR, trade, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand presence and seamless consumer journey. • Lead cross-functional collaboration between brand, product, and channel marketing to align storytelling, launch timing, and go-to-market strategy. • Manage agency relationships and internal partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns – on time, on brand, and on budget. • Translate consumer insights and category trends into actionable creative briefs and measurable campaign plans. • Oversee campaign performance analysis, driving optimization across digital, retail, and partner channels. • Champion brand consistency, ensuring company tone, visuals, and promise of “outdoor living perfected” are reflected in every touchpoint. • Support the evolution of marketing technology, content strategy, and CRM to deepen consumer engagement and loyalty. • Present campaign results and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. As well as 5-8+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing within consumer goods or related industries. Skills
