Medical Provider
Our client seeks a mission-driven Primary Care Provider passionate about whole-person, relationship-based medicine. This role offers a chance to leave high-volume corporate healthcare for a private, woman-owned practice emphasizing clinical autonomy and patient-centered care. They seek a long-term commitment with potential partnership in a growing integrated care practice. Visits emphasize relationship-based care with longer appointments, and scheduling expectations are discussed collaboratively.
Scope of Care and Clinical Support:
Providers receive support from experienced medical and nursing staff for services such as allergy shots, Spravato monitoring, device training, and medication tracking, reviewed by providers as needed. Training ensures providers aren't burdened with all tasks, protecting their bandwidth.
Support Infrastructure:
The practice involves front desk, medical assistant, RN support, and administrative help, managing prior authorizations, chart prep, and workflows. EMR and workflow details will be discussed in the interview.
Culture and Expectations:
They value professionalism, accountability, and collaboration. This role demands responsiveness to patients, openness to feedback, and team-based care, while maintaining clinical autonomy and shared responsibility for standards and patient experience.
Compensation & Benefits Include:
- Base salary DOQ
- Pay-for-performance model
- Bonus tied to clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and productivity
- Sign-on bonus available
- Potential for long-term partnership or ownership buyout for the right candidate
