ResponsibilitiesBuild and refine our local sales strategy to ensure we are consistently connecting with the right people in our community.
Lead, coach, and support a team of sales representatives, helping them reach their full potential and hit their personal growth targets.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with local business leaders, community members, and potential partners in the Roanoke area.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable feedback that helps the team improve their outreach efforts.
Facilitate weekly team meetings that focus on sharing successes, troubleshooting challenges, and keeping our collective spirits high.
Collaborate with the broader leadership team to identify new product offerings that align with the evolving needs of our clients.
RequirementsActive Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Minimum of five years of direct sales experience within the insurance industry.
Demonstrated history of coaching, mentoring, or leading small sales teams.
Strong command of CRM platforms and digital sales pipeline management tools.
Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
Deep familiarity with the Roanoke business landscape and regional market trends.
