Sr. Finance Consultant - Remote | WFH

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 Finance), helping our clients optimize their financial operations and improve overall business performance. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

As a Senior Finance Functional Consultant, you will bring your in-depth expertise of D365 Finance to support business process improvements and provide solutions that address complex financial challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients while ensuring successful implementation and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of business process solutions using D365 Finance, applying best practices to ensure optimized financial management.
Translate functional business requirements into customized configuration designs for D365 Finance applications.
Develop clear and detailed documentation for every stage of the D365 Finance implementation lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct training sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize D365 Finance and any other relevant software solutions implemented.
Provide support and guidance during pilot testing phases, addressing any issues and ensuring the solution is fully optimized.
Work closely with clients to design functional solutions for unique D365 Finance needs and customizations.
Offer continued support post-implementation, ensuring solutions are running smoothly and providing quality assurance to maintain high standards.
Conduct D365 Finance demonstrations for prospective clients, preparing presentations, gathering requirements, and showcasing the system's capabilities.
Collaborate with fellow team members to develop creative and effective solutions that meet client business needs.

What We're Looking For:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred (CPA certification is a plus, but not required).
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including leading or consulting on implementations and upgrades.
Strong background in Project Management Accounting, with a good understanding of Tax and SOX compliance (experience in these areas is highly desirable).
In-depth experience with core financial and business processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, and Sales and Inventory Management.
Experience working with or implementing third-party solutions alongside D365 Finance, integrating them to meet the diverse needs of clients.
A collaborative and customer-centric approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Additional Information:
