Bilingual Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Flexible/Per Diem | Emporia, VA
Setting: In-home, school, or center-based
Hours: Flexible / Per Diem
Pay: $25-$30/hour

Flywheel Centers is looking for bilingual (Spanish-English) Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to join our team in Emporia, VA. In this flexible, per diem role, you'll provide high-quality ABA therapy in homes, schools, or our center-based programs-empowering children with autism to build skills and thrive in daily life.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy guided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Follow individualized treatment plans tailored to each child

• Support developmental growth in communication, independence, and behavior

• Deliver compassionate care and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18+ years old

• Reliable personal transportation

• Childcare experience (required)

• ABA experience (preferred)

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
