Join the team at Duncan Ford Lincoln Mazda as a Detail Associate in Christiansburg, VA. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our vehicles, ensuring each car looks showroom-ready and exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities- Clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing/ Buffing.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to prepare vehicles for customers and showroom display.
- Follow company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service and maintain vehicle condition.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
