The Director ensures optimal alignment of supply and demand through effective use of SAP, integrated business planning (IBP), and a disciplined S&OP process. The position requires deep expertise in planning within complex, variable-yield environments, ideally within biologics, tissue banking, cell therapy, or medical devices. • Customer / Stakeholder Service: Address customer-facing inventory availability issues, complaints, and non-conformances by driving timely root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
