Customer Relations Representative - Entry-Level
We are hiring a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level, in-person position that focuses on providing excellent face-to-face customer service in a professional environment.
No prior experience is required—we provide full training for the right candidate. If you enjoy working with people and creating positive customer experiences, this is a great opportunity to start your career.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Provide information about products, services, and company offerings
- Support customers with account needs, orders, or general inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate team when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-facing workspace
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
