Tap-O-War Games is a small business whose mission is to create fun and engaging games for kids and adults right here in Charlottesville, VA! Our first product is the SMASHPAD electronic fidget and challenge toy (check it out at and as it's creator, I need YOUR help presenting it to the world!

To get this thing started, I have done the basics in terms of graphics design and social media content generation. But at this point, I recognize that I could use the help of someone much more in-tuned with the latest trends and better skilled at online content generation.

So... what exactly would I need you to do?

• Make and manage advertising content for use on the company's social accounts (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• • Content being: pictures with updates; short format videos showing use.
• Make social media posts at regular intervals.
• Help manage and polish the website to make it user friendly and engaging.

I will also provide all the equipment necessary for you to do your work (computer, camera, etc.) so all you need to bring are your skills and creativity!

Job Requirements:

• An existing social media presence that demonstrates your work
• Competency with video and image editing softwares
• • Video: Openshot, DaVinci, etc.
  • Image: Inkscape, Affinity, Illustrator, etc.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Any past experience with ecommerce and/or product development is a plus!

Pay is determined by skills and experience.

Expected hours per week: 10-20.

Work in-person, at our office near downtown Charlottesville, VA

This project would be a pretty clean slate for you, meaning you can get creative and bring your ideas to life. I'm pretty flexible with the direction the content goes, so long as it connects with the target audience and drives sales!
