**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following location-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergencies.
+ Monitor access at the front desk, verifying identification and controlling entry to help to deter unauthorized access to the premises.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.
+ Maintain detailed records of visitor logs, incidents, and other front desk activities according to location protocols.
+ Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or vendors, addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as needed.
+ Assist with the implementation of security-related measures and provide support during emergency response activities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance required.
+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
