- $32.33/hr — 0–9 years of experience
- $40.41/hr — 10–19 years of experience
- $48.50/hr — 20+ years of experience
- Night Shift: +$3/hr
- Weekend Days: +$3/hr
- Weekend Nights: +$7/hr
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of conditions, from minor illnesses and injuries to critical emergencies. The RN will work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Triage, assess, and provide treatment for patients of all ages in the Emergency Department
- Prioritize and manage multiple patient cases based on acuity levels
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations
- Uphold patient safety and quality standards at all times
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required
- BSN preferred or currently enrolled in a BSN program
- Active Virginia RN License or Compact RN License eligible to practice in Virginia
- Current AHA BLS Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room RN experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Med-Surg RNs interested in cross-training are encouraged to apply for Night Shift opportunities
