We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Our Network and Systems architect position requires both proven hands-on experience with technology and outstanding personal communication skills. You should enjoy building solutions that leverage technology to meet a client’s business needs. You would be directly responsible for determining and recommending technical solutions to meet system performance, regulatory compliance and other business requirements of our customers. The position works jointly with engineering, sales and customer service to provide site visits, gap assessments, discovery meetings, implementation and ongoing support. A positive, serviceoriented personality is a must. The incumbent will also mentor the system engineers.

Responsible for the following:

• Develop comprehensive infrastructure designs that incorporate strategic target state

architecture and standards to maximize performance, capacity, and minimize total cost

of ownership.

• Translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into sound

technical solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and be responsible for developing components of, or the

overall systems design.

• Work with application owners and SMEs to influence and shape the strategic direction

and target state infrastructure architecture.

• Lead projects from design to implementation. Provide experience and communication

skills necessary for quality project management.

• Prioritize incidents, service requests and project tasks according to defined processes

to meet defined SLAs.

• Ability to configure, administer & implement Domain Migration: DNS, and DHCP

Servers.

• Good knowledge in domain migrations, consolidation projects and migrations tools

• Create migration and transformation protocol for data transfer between client/server

and web applications.

• Experience in system recovery and restoration and backup products and solutions

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout various

network infrastructure devices.

• Implement and monitor network security solutions.

• Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving support requests.

• Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.

• Ensuring company safety and security standards are met.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

For this role you are required to have the following experience:

• College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science and/or 5 -10

years equivalent work experience.

• Experience with desktop and server operating systems mainly windows, Linux and Mac

OS.

• Office 365 administration experience.

• Knowledge and understating of Email exchange, SharePoint and Teams migration and

related workloads.

• Preferred experience with deployment and support for Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft

Azure and Active Directory administration
