Job Overview:
The Professional Data Entry Keyer will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a large volume of data into our company’s database. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent typing and keyboarding skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as a commitment to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of our data.
Pay: $30 - $33 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into company database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify and correct data and identify any errors or discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and data entered
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for data entry
- Manage and organize electronic and paper files
- Retrieve and prepare requested data and reports
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
- Excellent typing and keyboarding skills – minimum of 60 WPM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry software, and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
