Lawn Care Technician
Weed Man is hiring a Lawn Care Technician to help service our growing customer base. This is a full-time, outdoor position that involves applying weed control and fertilizer treatments, driving a company vehicle, and providing basic customer support.
No experience required—paid training and certification provided.
Responsibilities
Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments to customer lawns
Drive a company vehicle to job sites (valid license required)
Respond to service calls and offer lawn care advice
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Inspect equipment and vehicles daily for safety
Complete service reports and vehicle logs accurately
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Must be able to obtain pesticide certification (we’ll help)
