Misson Support Administrator - Developmental
Top Secret with Full Scope (FSP) Required.
(U) This is Developmental Mission Support Administrator (MSA) work in the WMA. Developmental MSA work entails providing administrative or office management support to a group, office, program or project, or, depending on assignment, independently executing steps in the E2E workflow of a single function. Developmental MSA work requires the ability to coordinate and execute administrative support functions to ensure the orderly and efficient accomplishment of the work of a group, office, program or project, or its leadership team. The work is performed under general supervision. Specific duties and responsibilities will vary based on assignment.

(U) The scope of Developmental Mission Support Administrator work is to coordinate and execute administrative support functions to ensure the orderly and efficient accomplishment of the work of a group, office, program or project, or its leadership team.
(U) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
(U) Ability to obtain and apply :
(U) Established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
(U) Working knowledge of Agency and IC administrative processes and procedures related to area of assignment.
(U) Working knowledge of Agency and IC structure, regulations, policies and protocols related to area of assignment.
(U) Working knowledge of assignment-specific internal administrative support applications.
(U) Required :
(U) Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Power Point, Word, Outlook, Excel).
(U) Analytical skills sufficient to assess moderately complex information from multiple sources and draw logical conclusions.
(U) Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both oral and written.
(U) Ability to deliver informational type briefings to various audiences.
(U) Planning and organizational skills to systematically coordinate, track, and complete work flow activities.
(U) With guidance from the Sponsor, representational skills (tact, diplomacy, protocol) to represent work unit at meetings and in Agency working groups.
(U) Ability to apply a strong customer focus orientation to understand customer requirements, suggest and implement solutions.
(U) Time management skills to meet and adapt to changing requirements.
(U) Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage a range of contacts and professional relationships to network and liaise across the Agency and/or IC.
(U) Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality.
(U) Minimum Qualifications
(U) Experience: One to two (1-2) years of prior administrative support or comparable experience, demonstrating increased levels of complexity and responsibility in the areas of problem solving, working independently, maturity, judgment, and initiative. Applicable higher education may be substituted for up to one (1) year of work experience.
(U) Education :
(U) Required: High School Diploma or GED
(U) Preferred: Associates Degree
