Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food preparation and presentation, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to create delicious and high-quality meals that align with our standards and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by following health and safety regulations.- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.- Assist with food prep and cooking during high-volume service periods.- Uphold quality standards for food presentation and taste.- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests and fellow team mates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cook or in a relevant culinary role.- Culinary school diploma or equivalent training preferred.- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting dishes.- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food preparation.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
