Customer Service Associate - Entry Level

Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in client support, marketing, and community engagement. It’s an excellent opportunity to start a career in marketing, promotions, or advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions and providing support
Assist with client accounts to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on time
Support planning and execution of promotional, community, and advertising campaigns
Gather and report client feedback to improve service and campaign results
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client goals and maintain brand standards
Maintain accurate records and reports for client accounts and campaigns
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge or interest in marketing, promotions, or community engagement is a plus
