Job Summary
Global Cleaning Services Corp. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations. This position is responsible for processing customer invoices, managing inventory, ordering cleaning supplies, and ensuring field staff have the equipment and materials they need to perform their jobs efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks.
This is a part-time, hourly position working Monday through Friday from 7am to 12pm.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate invoicing, inventory, and purchasing records.
- Order cleaning supplies, equipment, and warehouse materials as needed.
- Track inventory levels and maintain organized stock.
- Prepare and distribute supplies to employees and job sites.
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, and shipments.
- Assist with purchase orders, receipts, and expense tracking.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
- Work closely with management to control supply costs and maintain inventory levels.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other operational tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in invoicing, inventory management, warehouse operations, accounts receivable, or office administration.
- Experience using QuickBooks Online is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic handyman or maintenance experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform minor repairs on company equipment, such as vacuums and other cleaning equipment.
- Experience performing light maintenance on company vehicles, such as replacing headlights, windshield wipers, or other basic repairs, is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Occasional travel to company job sites or storage locations may be required.
