Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (Richmond)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. This role is crucial in providing support and guidance to clients while promoting positive behavioral changes through evidence-based practices. We welcome applicants who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges and who are eager to grow within the field of applied behavior analysis.
Pay:
$20 - $24 per hour. Competitive pay
