Job DescriptionIDS is looking for a proven leader with a strong background in security operations and classified environments. This role demands experience managing complex contracts, supervising teams, and maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism. Candidates should be comfortable working in secure settings and bring a solid understanding of access protocols and operational procedures. Key Duties
- Manage and oversee large, complex, multi-site Access Control and Construction Surveillance contracts
- Supervise security teams and ensure compliance with all operational and security protocols
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and adherence to classified environment requirements
- Coordinate secure operations across multiple sites and enforce access control procedures
- Monitor and maintain compliance with ICD 705 standards and SCIF access protocols
- Respond to and resolve security issues, incidents, and violations promptly
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation for contract oversight
- Liaise with government security representatives and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for security personnel
- Support secure facility operations, including visitor management and video monitoring systems
- 2+ years' experience supporting large, complex, multi-site Access Control and Construction Surveillance contracts.
- At least 2+ years IC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or 3+ military/law enforcement
- 2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or 2+ classified environment
- Possess knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols
- Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Familiarity with access control systems, VMS, and visitor access protocols
