Marketing Associate - Entry Level

Our firm partners with nationally recognized nonprofit and charity organizations to increase community awareness, enhance donor engagement, and build lasting supporter relationships. As a leader in face-to-face fundraising, outreach, and event-based marketing , we set the standard for excellence in donor acquisition and community impact.

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to represent our charity partners at local events, community centers, and retail locations . This is an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about helping others, engaging with their community, and supporting meaningful causes.

No experience required — full paid training provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional, compassionate Brand Representative for nonprofit partners

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and outreach activities

• Represent charitable missions through public engagement and community outreach

• Support event planning, grassroots fundraising, and awareness initiatives

• Take on Team Lead responsibilities during events as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to donors, supporters, and event attendees

• Help identify and recruit new outreach associates as programs expand

• Contribute to the training and mentorship of new team members
