Full-Time Leasing Agent (Commission-Only | VA Real Estate License Required)

Bay Property Management Group (BMG) Northern Virginia is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to cover properties across Fairfax, Vienna, Herndon, Reston, Centreville, McLean, Falls Church, Annandale, Fairfax City, Oakton, Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville .

This is a commission-only position , paying $900 per signed lease with no cap on earnings . We’re looking for motivated licensed agents ready to commit full-time, manage their own schedule, and grow their real estate career with one of the fastest-growing property management companies in the Mid-Atlantic.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to rental leads and conduct showings

• Market listings online and manage inquiries

• Guide applicants through the leasing process

• Coordinate move-ins and inspections

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)

• Membership with NVAR, Sentrilock, and MLS (fees covered by agent)

• Full-time commitment, evenings/weekends as needed

• Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and smartphone

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
