Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a PT in home health
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in home health settings
• Qualified applicants MUST be proficient in Oasis documentation
• Valid PT license in Virginia
• Be willing to obtain Virginia licensure if not already licensed

• Utilizing Oasis documentation proficiency to ensure accurate and efficient client records
