Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
- Experience working within a school environment strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Primary Duties:
- Provide direct SLP services to students with communication or swallowing difficulties
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions as required by individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Administer speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers and support staff
- Educate families and school personnel on strategies to facilitate student success
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and ongoing professional development
