Position: Network Technician

Schedule: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday)

What You'll Do:

• Un-rack old equipment and rack and stack new equipment.
• Install or remove circuit jumpers to support new network configurations.
• Populate switch ports with optical transceivers.
• Box and unbox network equipment.
• Troubleshoot fiber optic circuits.
• Observe all safety protocols and complete daily reports.
• Read port-maps and operate laptops.
• Handle and run single-mode and multi-mode fiber jumpers.
• Understand patching and running fiber jumpers in a data center environment.

Requirements:

• All employees must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
• Steel toe boots and PPE are required.
• Certifications: Associates, A+, Network+, DT.
• Experience in Helpdesk and setting up workstations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
