We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Cashier plays a vital role in setting the tone for the dining experience. This position combines both hospitality and operational responsibilities to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.

• Accurately take orders, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Share menu knowledge and current promotions confidently; make suggestions to enhance the guest experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.

• Answer phones, restock supplies, and assist with operational tasks as needed.

• Deliver consistent, friendly, and accurate service to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.

• Strong math skills and ability to accurately count back change.

• Excellent communication skills with an outgoing, personable demeanor.

• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to meet uniform and appearance standards.

• Willingness to cross-train in other restaurant areas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk or stand for 6–8 hours per shift.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, and carry items as needed.

• Manual and visual dexterity to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
