Your New Role

Based in Leesburg, VA , you’ll play a critical role in our financial operations, helping to maintain healthy cash flow and positive client relationships:

• Manage all aspects of accounts receivable , with a focus on collections and payment reconciliation

• Monitor accounts for delayed or non-payment and follow up to resolve issues

• Communicate with clients to secure payments and resolve billing disputes

• Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and recordkeeping

• Identify and address discrepancies with accuracy and professionalism

Job requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in collections and accounts receivable

• Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
