Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise and service provider networks.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Own incidents through to resolution.
- Implement network changes.
- Lead technical projects.
- Work directly with customers.
- Document tickets and resolutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Skills/Must Have:
- CCNP Service Provider.
- 5+ years Service Provider experience.
- Cisco NCS, ASR & Nexus.
- Nokia & Juniper platforms.
- MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS.
- VRF.
- SD-WAN & cloud networking.
- ServiceNow.

- $110,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus
