Management Trainee - Entry Level

What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the skills and processes needed to manage events, teams, and campaigns effectively:

• Assist with planning, executing, and managing live events and community campaigns

• Support team members and coordinate logistics for brand activations and retail events

• Engage with staff and attendees to maintain a professional, organized, and high-energy event environment

• Track performance metrics, customer interactions, and campaign outcomes
