Project Specialist
Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Specialist in Newport News, VA to manage warm leads, perform on-site consultations, and deliver custom flooring proposals. In this field-based role, you will guide residential and commercial clients from selection to project execution, backed by a lead pipeline and an uncapped commission structure. location: NEWPORT NEWS, Virginia

salary: $45,000 - 50,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: High School responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home and commercial customer consultations using a company-provided Shop-at-Home vehicle loaded with product samples.
- Perform accurate field measurements and deliver detailed on-site or follow-up project estimates.
- Follow up promptly on pre-qualified, warm inbound leads and manage walk-in showroom inquiries.
- Collaborate directly with the Installation Coordinator to ensure smooth project scheduling and ordering.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining targeted gross margin standards.
- Experience level: Entry Level
- Education: High School (required)
