Picture your day starting at a busy industrial site. You review a set of drawings, map out where manholes, handholes, taps, tubes, valves, gauges, and feedwater connections will go in a water-tube boiler drum, and lay out your plan. You move from diagnostic testing to precision installation, then wrap with rigorous cleaning and final inspection—all with an unwavering focus on safety.

- Access confined spaces and maintain strict safety compliance at every stage of work.
- Climb stairs and ladders continually—up to 200 rungs/steps per hour.
- Walk to, from, and between work areas for the full shift; tolerate noise, fumes, dust, and inclement weather.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production demands; must be able to work 60+ hours/week.
- (Preferred) 8 years in boiler, heat exchanger, and valve repair.
- Bricklaying experience in refractories within industrial settings (cement plants, steel mills, power plants, etc.).
- Ability to obtain DBIDS/TWIC credentials.
- Open-air industrial environments with hot/cold conditions and occasional office-controlled settings.
- Project visits aboard ships and rigs, both on and offshore, including confined spaces.
