Job Summary: RK Auto is seeking a knowledgeable and driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Sales Associate. As a Full Time Automotive Parts Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our dealership by assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. This is an hourly plus Commission sales position within the auto industry, located at our Virginia Beach location. Automotive Parts Sales Associate Compensation & Benefits:

Automotive Parts Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations for automotive parts
• Use computer systems to lookup and order parts for customers
• Keep accurate records of parts inventory and order new parts as needed
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate pricing
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Communicate with mechanics and service personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts
• Demonstrate knowledge of automotive parts and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Continuously stay updated on new automotive parts and their functions

Automotive Parts Sales Associate Requirements:

• General Motors, Subaru, or other manufacturer parts sales equivalent experience required
• CDK operating system or equivalent a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 year experience in automotive parts sales or related field
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn specialized software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
