How You Will Make an Impact:

The Grill Cook position is responsible for ensuring quality and timely preparation of grilled and fried menu items based on our Aquarium Deli standards.

• Grill, cook, and fry foods such as french fries, hamburgers, and assorted grill items.
• Plan orders so that items served together are finished at the same time.
• Responsible for station setup.
• Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, making soups or salads, and desserts.
• Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers.
• Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
• Perform general cleaning activities in the kitchen.
• Work in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of kitchen experience, preferably with some experience in a cafeteria (or similar) setting
• 1+ years of grilling/frying experience
• Top notch communication skills
• ServSafe certification a plus
