What You Will Do

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI and data automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation for a public sector client. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery in a complex big data environment. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission objectives, ensuring compliance with federal standards and timelines.

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree
• SEVEN (7) or more years of managing AI, data analytics, or other relevant experience
  
  

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Active CBP BI/Public Trust
• Proven experience managing AI, data analytics, or automation projects in large-scale or government settings.
• Strong understanding of big data technologies, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies.
• Experience with federal government contracting and knowledge of compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Databricks) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Background in data science, analytics, or software engineering.
• Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data governance best practices.
