Location : Now hiring in Newport News and Virginia Beach areas!

Pay : $30.00 - 39.00 hourly, plus spiffs

Position: HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
• Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC service.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Desired Qualifications:

• EPA Universal Certifications
