Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Telehealth Clinician (W-2 Employee)to provide virtual counseling services during standard business hours. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, consistent, and committed to delivering excellent care to clients while maintaining professional documentation and communication standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling sessions via telehealth within company hours.
• Complete all documentation and progress notes within 24 hours of sessions.
• Participate in weekly supervision and monthly training meetings.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Clinical Director and team.
• Adhere to all ethical, professional, and supervision standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Active Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work status in Virginia.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• At least one (1) year of full-time, post-graduate clinical experience required
• Professional integrity, openness to feedback, and a teachable spirit.
• Alignment with the mission and values of Release It Counseling.

Location Requirement

• Clinicians must reside within 40 minutes of Suffolk VA 23434 or Chester, VA 23831 where our offices are located, to ensure accessibility for in-person supervision, meetings, and compliance reviews.
• While sessions are virtual, proximity ensures accessibility for in-person training, mentorship, and emergency coverage.

Hours

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• No weekends.
• The final session of the day must end by 6:00 p.m.
