Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer contractor to support the stabilization and enhancement of existing applications, as well as the design and development of new solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform .

This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with proven experience deploying enterprise-scale applications using Power Apps , Dynamics 365 , Power Pages , and Power Automate , and who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Dynamics 365).

• Support existing applications, identify areas for optimization, and stabilize performance in complex enterprise environments.

• Guide and mentor a team of developers new to the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Translate technical capabilities into actionable business solutions, aligning with DSS goals and strategies.

• Utilize Power Platform Pipelines and GitHub Actions for deployment and automation in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

• Develop custom plugins using C# , and front-end enhancements using JavaScript and Bootstrap .

• Create complex SQL queries for Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI .

• Leverage tools such as Visual Studio and XrmToolBox to support Dynamics 365 development and deployment.

• Perform solution envisioning, requirements gathering, and functional analysis to drive successful outcomes.

• Collaborate within an Agile project delivery framework, managing competing priorities in high-pressure project settings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Certification:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A hands-on developer with deep knowledge of Power Platform, including ALM, custom development, and integration best practices.

• A proactive team player who can mentor junior developers and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

• Experienced in both stabilization of legacy applications and building scalable enterprise-level solutions.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments.
