AI and Data Science Engineer (TS/SCI Poly)
Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI and data science solutions that help government and public sector clients modernize operations, improve decision-making, and deliver mission outcomes. - Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics solutions for government and public sector clients
- Building, testing, and maintaining data pipelines, models, and analytical workflows that support scalable and reliable delivery
- Translating business and mission requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions
- Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, product teams, and client stakeholders to implement data-driven capabilities
- Supporting solution optimization, model performance monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement activities

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance required
- 4+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics solutions
- 3+ years of experience using Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis, model development, or data engineering
- 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or model deployment environments
- Experience using machine learning frameworks or libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience supporting federal, state, or local government clients
- Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, application programming interfaces (APIs), or data integration tools
- Experience with model monitoring, MLOps, or production support processes
- Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization tools
- Experience creating dashboards, reporting solutions, or analytical products for business users
