Director of Maintenance
- Create schedules, evaluate, and manage preventive, corrective, and project-based maintenance work.
- Maintain building efficiency and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions to resident care and business functions.
- Develop maintenance policies, procedures, and maintain equipment warranties and diagrams.
- Oversee and supervise maintenance work to ensure high quality.
