Technicians with a Registered Technician License and prior lawn care experience will start at the higher end of the range, while those new to the industry will begin at the lower end with full training provided.

• Training & Certification Support – We support technicians in obtaining their Registered Technician License and advancing to Certified Applicator. We pay for your training and certification as a Registered Technician — no out-of-pocket cost to you.

What You’ll Do

• Apply lawn care treatments (fertilizer, weed control, insect control) to residential properties
• Drive a company vehicle along an assigned route
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Track materials and job completion in our mobile system
• Perform seasonal services and maintenance throughout the year

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• A VDACS Registered Technician Certificate is required within 30 days of hire. We cover the cost and provide all training needed to help you succeed.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior lawn care or landscape experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make on-the-spot decisions

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Requires frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and physical activity outdoors
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions and on your feet for extended periods

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
