Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments

• Review EOBs, identify and resolve denials/underpayments

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and patient balances

• Maintain accurate billing and A/R records

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with dental office A/R and billing required

• Strong knowledge of insurance payment processing and denial management

• Comfortable reviewing EOBs and researching discrepancies

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with dental practice management software a plus
