CTR Group is seeking a Project Manager - Industrial Boilers & HVAC for a Nationwide Mechanical Repair Company in the Newport News, VA area.

Pay Rate: $35 - $37 per Hour with Benefits.

SUMMARY:

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in being responsible for projects involving industrial boilers and HVAC systems, installations, maintenance and repairs while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of Project Management experience involving installation, maintenance and repair of Mechanical, Boiler, and HVAC systems..
• Skilled in project management, negotiation, and team management
• Excellent knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of the regulations and standards in force in the field.
• Must be able to design technical solutions adapted to client needs while respecting budgetary and time constraints.
• Able to work under pressure, quickly solve technical problems, and ensure rigorous project tracking.
• Good command of computer tools and project management software.
