Job Summary

ScoopDoods is hiring a Pet Waste Technician to service residential properties throughout Arlington, Alexandria, and nearby surrounding areas . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working independently throughout the day .

Technicians travel between customer homes in a company vehicle and remove pet waste from residential yards using provided equipment and providing excellent communication.

Pay & Benefits

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• Expect 7+ hours per day

• Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on workload

• Flexible structure within the workday as routes are completed

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to scheduled service stops

• Remove pet waste from residential yards using company tools

• Walk several miles throughout the day while completing routes

• Ensure gates are closed and properties are left secure

• Dispose of waste properly following company procedures

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and company vehicle

• Provide professional and friendly customer service when needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Ability to walk multiple miles per day

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)

• Comfortable working around dogs

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Must be able to lift and carry work equipment as needed

Work Environment

• Primarily outdoor work

• Driving between service stops throughout the day

• Physical job involving walking, bending, and light lifting

• Independent work with minimal supervision
