Entry-Level Marketing Assistant
We are a leading promotional and event marketing company supporting charitable organizations, dedicated to creating meaningful in-store experiences that connect communities with causes. We are looking to hire one motivated Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our team and help make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting charitable campaigns and supporting retail events. Your responsibilities include:
Executing merchandising and operational tasks to company standards.
Participating in product and cause-focused training with management.
Implementing merchandising and presentation directives to increase visibility of charitable initiatives.
Assisting customers and event attendees with questions about our charity partners.
Learning about new charity clients and their missions.
Providing exceptional customer service to enhance engagement and support campaign goals.
Using marketing systems and tools to support promotional events.
What We’re Looking For:
Some college education or a degree is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A “student mentality” – eager to learn and grow.
Leadership experience is a plus.
Experience in retail, sales, marketing, or nonprofit promotions is beneficial.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Passion for community engagement and charitable causes.
