Summary : Supports research operations through data processing, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean, code, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research data.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations for research findings.
- Maintain research repositories and ensure secure data handling.
- Support metric tracking for PWS performance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
- 4+ years research operations or analytics experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and qualitative analysis tools.
