Marketing Promotions Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking a motivated and personable Marketing Promotions Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in marketing, promotions, communications, events, sales, and customer engagement .
No previous marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
In this role, you will represent our clients at live events, promotional campaigns, retail activations, community events, and other in-person marketing experiences . You will interact directly with consumers, communicate brand messaging, answer questions, and help create positive experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at events and promotional campaigns
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner
- Communicate product, service, and promotional information clearly
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful information
- Create positive and memorable customer experiences
- Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives
- Maintain a professional image when representing clients and brands
