Enable self-service access to operational metrics while driving adoption of scalable reporting and governance practices across the organization
Minimum Requirements

Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to improve workflows, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency
-
Proven ability to influence Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders without direct authority while driving accountability across multiple teams
-
Experience working within Agile software development environments and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and technical leadership
-
Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with experience leading planning sessions and executive-level discussions
-
Self-starter with a proactive, process-oriented mindset who thrives in fast-paced, evolving product organizations
Preferred Qualifications
