As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you’ll be the face of Lil’ Cakes & Creamery, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe a cupcake or two!). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Operating the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
- Answering customer inquiries about our delicious menu offerings.
