Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and scale features across a fast-growing adtech platform tailored for the creator economy. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for product-minded engineers excited to own features end-to-end and thrive in a collaborative, high-velocity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and maintain full-stack features across the platform
• Contribute to product design and UX with a technical and user-centric lens
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to ship new functionality
• Own implementation decisions and drive engineering best practices
• Ensure system stability, performance, and long-term maintainability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a generalist engineer on user-facing products
• Background at high-growth startups or top-tier tech firms
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science (top school is a strong plus)

Proficiency with:

• Frontend: React and Next.js
• Backend: Python and Django
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Strong product sense and history of owning features end-to-end
• Clear track record of impact and advancement in previous roles
• Excited and available to work full-time, onsite in Williamsburg, NYC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adtech, creator engagement, or monetization tools
• Former founders or early-stage engineers with startup traction
• Strong design instincts and ability to build elegant user interfaces
