DLA JETS IDIQ Program Manager

Wits Solutions Inc is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic DLA JETS IDIQ Program Manager to lead our efforts in managing the JETS contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in federal contracting, particularly with DLA initiatives, and a proven track record of successful program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of the DLA JETS IDIQ contract, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and contractual obligations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to DLA JETS and other federal contracts, enhancing the company's growth and market presence.
- Tracking all the important Task orders release through DLA JETS and Working on selected opportunities and oversees bid strategies.
- Generating, updating, and communicating the opportunity-specific Capture Plan including formal gate reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions in support of DLA operations.
- Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and DLA requirements.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program performance, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management and DLA, outlining program status, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing programs, identifying business opportunities, developing proposals, and ensuring contract compliance, while also building relationships with government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing IDIQ contracts, specifically with DLA or similar federal contracts.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies.
- Lead the development of proposals for federal grants, contracts, and other opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement winning proposal strategies.
- Manage the proposal development process, including writing, editing, and review.
- Familiarity with various proposal formats (e.g., RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop proposal content.
- Ensure that proposals meet all requirements and deadlines.
- Working experience with DLA is essential.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- IAM Level II certified(CAP, CISSP, CASP+, CCISO, or CISM)
- Active Secret Clearance
